If, like me, you are attached to your laptop, appreciate a tipple of alcoholic substance, and absolutely love all things dairy then the Love Shake in Shoreditch will be a sure winner in your book as well.
By day it's a Happy Days-esque milk bar with old school music - anything from "Young Girl" by Gary Puckett & The Union Gap to "Are You Ready For Love" by Elton John - and by night it's a proper bar and a live music venue.
There's free wi-fi, wi-fi printing facilities, and a decent number of power points dotted around the bar stools and vintage arm chairs. They actually dub themselves as a "media cafe".
And then of course there's the milkshakes. Non-alcoholic flavours include peanut butter, shortcake & berry, and banana & cinnamon. Alcoholic concoctions include the added goodness of Malibu, Baileys, and Makers Mark.
